Hannah Hazlewood | PA-C

Hannah Hazlewood is a nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology. After struggling with acne growing up, she chose dermatology because she wanted to help others with skin conditions gain confidence and feel their best. 

Hannah grew up in Champaign, Illinois and graduated with high honors from the University of Illinois with a degree in Community Health with a focus on Health Education and Promotion. Hannah attended graduate school at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science where she received a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Practice. In addition to her general medical training, Hannah completed elective rotations in dermatology and head and neck surgery. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).

She maintains her certifications by actively attending medical courses and conferences to stay up to date on new advances in the field. Hannah is passionate about early skin cancer detection. In her free time, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family and golden retriever and is an Illinois Fighting Illini fan. She looks forward to seeing you at our Valparaiso office!
